Fall Planning

For your dance studio

Dearest north bay dance studio owners/ directors,

As I sit in my comfy home rehab space, planning the fall semester, I thought of something obvious but important. If I am here to bring value and support to our north bay dance studios, I should make sure that what I am offering is REALLY, genuinely meeting their needs in a game-changing way. Therefore, I decided I would send a brief survey that you could answer in less than two minutes. As thank-you for your input, I want to extend 20% off one session with me, whether it be a workshop, pre-season fitness testing, sports massage or injury rehab session to treat yo self!

What could YOUR studio use more of this fall semester?

Answer for 20 percent off one service.

Hey there! I am Christa Christianson. For those of you I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet, allow me to introduce myself. I am your north bay Dance Physical Therapist, located in Petaluma. My mission is to integrate science and dance to create healthier dancers, studios and companies.

I began my dance career in none other than my beloved home town of Petaluma, went on to earn my minor in Dance & danced professionally with Idaho Dance Theatre. After “retiring” from multiple chronic overuse injuries, I made it my mission to help prevent injury & guide dancers toward their fullest potential.

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Baylor University along with a post-graduate Certification in Strength & Conditioning through NSCA. I also have 12+ years experience teaching ballet, lyrical and contemporary to all ages. I’ve been working in the orthopedic outpatient and sports rehabilitation setting in Sonoma County for 3 years and now am elated to be living my highest purpose as a Dance Physical Therapist.

It’s full circle and absolutely fulfilling to serve the community I gained so much from in my formative years. Please reach out with any ideas you may have for how I can best collaborate with you to improve the health of your studio & dancers.

Have more questions? Check out my website here. Thank you for your time in answering this survey & I look forward to connecting with you.
